Synthesis and Thermal Properties of PEEK-PEDEK Block Copolymers

摘要: 在亲核取代基础上通过分步加料法合成了一系列联苯含量不同的PEEK-PEDEK嵌段共聚物,并对其热性能与结晶行为进行了初步研究.结果表明,联苯的引入明显提高了聚合物的玻璃化转变温度;聚合物的熔点随联苯含量的增加呈先下降后上升的变化规律,体系在联苯含量为20%处出现最低共熔点.

关键词: 聚醚醚酮(PEEK), 嵌段共聚物, 动态扫描示差热分析(DSC), 广角X射线衍射分析(WAXD)

Abstract: A series of PEEK-PEDEK block copolymers were synthesized by one step method. Their crystallization and melting behavior were analyzed by Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) and Wide Angle X-ray Diffraction (WAXD). The results show that the glass transition temperature of the copolymer increases obviously as a result of the introduction of biphenyl (BP) units. With the increasing of BP molar fraction,the melting point presents a down and up trend whereas the lowest melting point turns out at a point where the molar fraction of biphenyl is 20%.
