氧化处理去除介孔材料模板的研究

摘要: 本文采用低廉的高锰酸钾和硝酸的混合溶液通过氧化处理去除SBA-15和MCM-41的模板剂. 此方法不仅完好地保留了无机骨架的结构和表面性质, 而且模板剂的去除率分别可达到98%和88. 由于其实验操作简单, 所用试剂都是实验室常备试剂, 实验条件也与合成介孔材料的条件相近, 因而容易得到广泛应用.

Abstract: MCM-41 and SBA-15 obtained after oxidation treatment showed larger pores and richer silanol groups compared with those obtained by conventional calcinations at 550 ℃ in air. The removing ratios of templates of MCM-41 and SBA-15 were respectively 88% and 98%.
