摘要: 以碳酸二甲酯为起始原料, 设计并合成了一系列新颖的1,2,4-三唑啉酮类化合物. 通过1H NMR, MS和元素分析确证了其结构.初步生物活性测定结果表明, 部分化合物具有一定的除草活性.

Abstract: Several triazolinone compounds such as amicarbazone, azafenidin, sulfentrazone and carfentrazone-ethyl have been developed as herbicides. They are considered to be environment-benign and have a broader application. In order to search for novel 1,2,4-triazolinone derivatives with high herbicidal activities, pyrimidinyl and phenylsulfonyl were introduced to the leading structure. On the basis of the principle of molecular design and structure-activity relationship, twenty-one new 1,2,4-triazolinone derivatives bearing either pyrimidinyl or phenylsulfonyl were designed and synthesized. Their structures were identified by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary biological activity tests show that some compounds displayed a herbicidal activity at 1.5 kg/ha.
