Synthesis and Biological Activity of 3-Pyrimidylamino-pyrazoles

摘要: 合成了一系列新型含有嘧啶氨基的吡唑类化合物,化合物的结构经1HNMR及元素分析确证.生物活性测试表明,一些化合物对小麦赤霉、番茄早疫、芦笋茎枯、苹果轮纹以及花生褐斑等病害显示出一定的抑制活性,一些化合物具有一定的除草活性,还有的化合物对黄瓜子叶生根有一定的促进作用.实验表明这类化合物结构的变化对活性有重要影响.

Abstract: It has been reported that pyrazole and pyrimidine heterocyclic compounds maybe exhibit high pharmaceutical functions and pesticidal activity. A series of novel pyrimidylamino-pyrazole derivatives were synthesized and their biological activities were studied. All of the products were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis, and some of them were characterized by IR and MS. The bioassy results indicated that some of the title compounds have a high fungicidal activity or herbicidal activity. In addition, the structure-activity relationship was discusses.
