Abstract: Surface modified ZnSnanoparticles were prepared in this work. Infrared spectroscopy(IR), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were used to investigate the structure, size, and morphology of the modified ZnSnanoparticles. It was found that the average diameter of the coated ZnSnanoparticles was about 4 nm, and the dispersion capacity and oxidative stability could be improved effectively by surface modification with DDP.
