摘要:

Acetolactate synthase (ALS), the first common enzyme in the biosynthetic pathway leading to branched-chain amino acid, is the site of action for several classes herbicides structurally unrelated. Screening model in vitro depending on ALS as the target will discovered rapidly leading compounds becoming possibly high efficacy herbicides.
