Abstract: Comparative molecular field analysis of 3-(4-cholorbenzylamino)-2-cyano 3-alkyl-acrylate inhibitors was studied. It was found that the side chain of ester might be a Hbond binding area, and the stereo character of 3-alkyl is important for bioactivity of compounds.
