摘要: 聚乙烯制成微孔泡沫膜具有庞大面积,通过接枝挂上羟基、胺基成为基质膜,再进而与乙烯基二甲基吖内酯接枝为改性膜,它在中性缓冲液中能与蛋白质-A的氨基产生配位而吸着,于酸性液解离。利用这种配位、亲和性、螯合作用在物化条件转变下的可逆过程,能分离提纯细菌、蛋白质、金属化合物和有机色质。

Abstract: Microcellular polyethylene foam films offer a large internal surface of 20 m2/g.Through irradiation induced grafting process,it could connected some of hydroxyl and amine groups to form basic membranes,and then grafted with vinyl dimethyl azlactone to form modified microporous polyethylene membranes.It would absorb amine group of protein-Awith coordinate bonding in neutral solution and releasing in acid solution.We could used various modified membranes to carry out coordinate binding for isolation and purification of protein.
