碱土金属与萘啶酸配合物荧光特性的研究及其应用

The Fluorescence Characterdistics of Complexes of Nalidixic Acid with Alkali Earth Metals and Its Application

摘要: 研究了碱土金属(Mg,Ca,Sr和Ba)离子与喹诺酮类药物萘啶酸配合物的荧光特性,发现在pH7~9介质中,碱土金属离子与萘啶酸可形成稳定的荧光配合物,其荧光强度随碱土金属离子半径的减小而呈现有规律的增强效应。其中镁离子与萘啶酸配合物的荧光较萘啶酸强58倍。利用此配合反应发展了镁离子增强一阶导数荧光激发光谱测定萘啶酸的新分析方法。其检出限为0.015μg/mL.可直接测定尿液中的萘啶酸含量,其回收率为96.6%~102.6%.

Abstract: The fluorescence characteristics of complexes of nalidixic acid with alkali earth metals(Mg,Ca,Sr and Ba) have been studied in this paper.It was found that in the pH 7~9 media the alkali earth metals ions could form stable fluorescent complexes.Their fluorescence intensities enhanced with the decrease of ionic radii of alkali earth metals.Among them the fluorescence intensity of magnesium-nalidixic acid system was 58 folds more than that of nalidixic acid itself.Anew method for the determination of nalidixic acid using the first order derivative fluorescence excitation spectrum has been developed.The detection limit was found to be 0.015μg/mL.This method has been used to determine nalidixic acid in human urine with recoveries of 96.6%~102.6%.
