摘要: 将对氨基苯甲脒通过直接法和间接法固定到二十五-10,12-二炔-1-醇磷脂乙醇胺的聚合脂质体上,研究了聚合脂质体-对氨基苯甲脒对胰蛋白酶的亲和吸附作用。

Abstract: p-Aminobenzamidine was immobilized on polymerized liposome of pentacosa-10,12-diyne-1-o1-phosphoryl ethanolamine by direct and indirect metholds. Affinity adsorptionof PL-PAB for trypsin was studied.
