滇姜花新二萜成分的研究

摘要: 从滇姜花中分离并鉴定了5个二萜成分,其中新化合物滇姜花素A、B的结构经光谱及化学方法推定。

Abstract: The investigation of the rhyzomes of Hedychiumyunnanense Gagnep.afforded two new labdane type diterpenoids named yunnancoronarin A(4),B(5),together with three known ones hedychenone(1),7-hydroxyl-hedychenone(2), and coronarin E(3). Their structures were determined by spectral methods. Oxidation of 4 with PCCgave dehydroyunnancoronarin A(6), which rearranged to 1 under the acidic condition.
