新引发剂体系AlCl3/活化剂/电子给体对α-蒎烯聚合作用的研究(Ⅲ)——活化剂组分SbCl3的作用

Studies on Polymerization of α-Pinene Initiated by a New System AlCl3/Activator/Donors(Ⅲ)——Function of the SbCl3 Component in the System

摘要: 本文研究了新复合引发剂体系AlCl3/SbCl3/EB在不同Sb/Al分子比时,对α-蒎烯均聚与苯乙烯共聚的引发聚合作用。SbCl3组分具有多方面的重要作用;使该体系引发聚合活性极大地提高,且具有调控效果;可获得比AlCl3单独引发。M高一倍以上的低聚体。证明该引发剂体系下α-蒎烯是通过开环聚合机理进行的假设。

Abstract: In this study, we investigated the polymerization of α-pinene, the copolymerization of α-pinene/styrene and the isomerization reaction of a-pinene with the AlCl3/SbCl3 or AlCl3/SbCl3/EBsystem, in terms of the effects of SbCl3 component on the kinetics of the polymerization, the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, and structures of the isomerization products.The results show that SbCl3 is necessary for the formation of higher oligomers, while to suppress the dimer formation.The a-pinene oligomers of relatively high molecular weight (q= 1140, Mw = 2590) were obtained in a good yield(>90 wt%), with a minimun contamination of the dimer(-5 wt%).On the other hand, the SbCl3 component achieved good results for promoting copolymerization of α-pinene/ styrene and reduction of isomerization product.
