Synthesis and Characterization of 1-Octene/Penten-4-ol-1 Copolymer

摘要: 合成了极性单体4-戊烯氧基三甲基硅烷.在络合Ⅱ型TiCl3/Al(i-Bu)3催化体系下,该单体与1-辛烯共聚.进一步酸化水解,得到了不同羟基含量的1-辛烯、戊烯-4-醇-1共聚物.用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱对其进行表征.探讨了聚合条件对共聚反应的影响,测得竞聚率为r1(辛)=2.28±0.15,r2(极)=0.47土0.05.

Abstract: A polar monomer,4-pentenoxyl trimethyl siiane,was synthesized,copolymerization of l-octene with it over solvay TiCl3 /Al(i-Bu)3 catalyst was studied and the title copolymers having various hydroxyl group contents were obtained by hydrolyzing the product and were characterized by elementary analyses and infrared spectrometry.Moreover,the reactivity ratios of two monomers were determined:r1(octene)=2.28±0.15,r2(PTMS)=0.47±0.05.
