摘要: 物体的粒径超微到纳米量级时,其许多原有的物性消失,并产生"介观现象",这可能有两个最根本的原因:即"尺寸效应"与"表面效应",当粒子尺寸在~10nm时,它的粒径恰好与电子的德布洛意波波长(~12nm)相匹配,粒子成为"量子点",量子效应明显.同时,表面原子数与体相原子数之比显著改变,这两种效应都影响材料的电子行为,本文利用表面光电压谱技术(SPS)对TiO2超微粒子的光伏响应特性、谱带归属及界面电子行为进行了研究。

Abstract: This paper describes a study for the behavior of light induced charges on the surface of ul-trafine particle TiO2(UFP-TiO2) by surface photovoltage spectroscopy(SPS). It is found that the SPSresponse of TUP-TiO2is very sensitive to some gases adsorbed. The interaction and the processes of charge transfer between the surface and adsorbate have been discussed.
