摘要: 表面光电压谱(SPS)及其应用已有报道。我们将场效应原理与表面光伏技术相结合,创立了场调制表面光电压谱(FMSPS)。本文主要介绍FMSPS的测试原理、直流电场调制对SPS的影响以及部分研究结果。

Abstract: A new method of photovoltage measurcnment, Field-Modulated Surface Photovoltage Spec-troscopy(FMSPS), has been created by combining the principle of field-effect with the photovoltage technique. Some materials are investigated by using FMSPS. The results show that the method will be helpful to attestation and analysis of surface photovoltage spectroscopy.
