摘要: N,N′-二-(11-(乙氧基羟基)十一烷基)-N,N′-4,5-四甲基-3,6-二(口恶)辛基-1,8-二酰胺(ETH1001)广泛用于制备检测细胞内外钙离子活度的离子选择性微电极。为降低膜电阻和消除被测离子的干扰,多采用四苯硼钠(NaTPB)作为添加剂,但这种电极仍存在一些缺点,曾有报道用其它化合物代替NaTPB作添加剂,但电极选择性并没有提高。

Abstract: Several representative tetraphenylborate salts containing large organic cations were prepared, and the effect of them on the performance of calcium ion-selective microelectrodes based on neutral carrier (ETHlOOl) was systematically studied. The effect of the content of membrane components on the performance of the microelectrode made with sensor containing tetrabutylammonium tetraphenylborate was also evaluated with Latin square method. The optimum membrane composition was obtained.
