二乙酰化甲壳素包囊吸附树脂的制备及其血液相容性研究

摘要: 研究了大孔吸附树脂用二乙酰化甲壳素(DAC)包囊的方法,对包囊树脂的膜层进行了考查,得到有意义的结果。动物血液灌流试验表明,树脂经DAC包囊后,灌流过程中血小板和血细胞的损失显著减少,吸附能力没有明显变化。

Abstract: Diacetylchitin(DAC) was used for coating adsorption resin to produce a blood compatible adsorbent. The methods of coating adsorption resin with DACwere investigated, and the DAC-coated resin obtained was studied for their blood compatibility and adsorption capacities for toxic substances. Based on these studies, the DACis believed to be full of promise as a blood compatible material for coating resin used as a hepatic support.
