摘要： 本文报道使用I2-DMSO+H2SO4由2′,4′-二羟基双查酮Ⅱa-c一步合成双黄酮Ⅲa-c,收率72-100%;并探讨了反应机制以及催化剂碘的用量对反应的影响;用TLC跟踪,通过柱层析分离了中间体Ⅳa和Ⅳb。

Abstract: In this paper, synthesis of the diflavones(Ⅲa-e) from dichalcones(Ⅱa-e) in one step using I2-DMSO-H2SO4system was reported. The dichalcones were first heated at 100℃ for about 10 min. With DMSO and a small amount of H2SO4, then a catalytic amount of iodine was added and the reaction mixture was further heated to give 72-100% yields of diflavones.The reaction intermediates Ⅳa, and Ⅳbwere isolated by column chromato-graphy and reaction mechanism was discussed.
