摘要: 自从1977年Schrauzcr在TiO2上成功地光解水合成氨以来[1],人们对于半导体光催化剂进行了广泛的研究,而α-Fe2O3又因其对太阳能的良好吸收性能而显示了特殊的重要性。Kennedy等人分别对α-Fe2O3光阳极的光电性能[2],以及水在α-Fe2O3光阳极上的光分解[3]等问题进行了研究。

Abstract: The doped iron oxide p/n junction powder photocatalysts were prepared, and investigated by photovoltaic and photoacoustic spectrum. Their photocatalytic activities were examined for the synthesis of NH3 from N2 and H2Ounder visible light. The relationship between photocatalytic activity and photovoltaic effect was discovered.
