Abstract: The complex equilibria of Ag-human albumin (HSA) and Pb-HSAwere studied by ion-selective electrodes. It was clearly proved that both Ag and Pb with HSAformed mononuclear complexes MAand MA2 respectively. The stability products of Ag-HSAcomplexes are β11=4.4×107 and β12=1.0×1012;and that of Pb-HSAcomplexes are β11=3.1×105, β12=2.0×109.According to the immunochemical reaction of HSAwith albumin antiserum (GAHA), the linear range of determing GAHA(titer 1 : 40)is respectively 0.2-2.0μLand 0.4-2.8μLwhen HSAis labelled by Ag and Pb; moreover the linear range of determining HSAis respectively 0-2. 9×10-8mol/Land 0-7.3×10-7mol/Lwhen GAHAis labelled by Ag and Pb.
