Abstract: In order to look for biological active phosphorus heterocyclic compounds, taking isop-urine-pyrazolo[3, 4-d]-pyrimidine as the lead-compound, we designed and synthesized a new-type of compounds——the derivatives of pyrazolo[3,4-d]-l,3,2-diazaphosphorin-6-one.Fourtytwo of them have been obtained by using l-substituted-5-amino-4-pyrazole ester as the starting materials.The molecular structures of all the compounds were confirmed by ¹H NMR, IR, MSand elmental analysis.The preliminary biological activities of the products indicate that some of them possess antitumor and pesticidal activities.
