Abstract: Aseries of α-aminoalkylphosphonate derivatives of norcantharidin, 5,6-dehydro-norcantharidin and exo-bicyclo [2.2.1] hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride were synthesized by the condensation of α-aminoalkylphosphonic diphenyl ester with norcantharidin, 5,6-dehydro norcantharidin and exo bicyclo [2.2.1] hept-5-ene 2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride, and their structures were confirmed by ¹HNMR, MS, IRand elemental analysis.
