Abstract: Atheoretical model was found for pollutant distribution in the natural water body, and the mathematical equation was obtained from the model by physical chemistry principal for calculating the distribution of pollutants in water. The relative distribution values(PN) were calculated with MNDOmethod for seven organic pollutants, and the calculated PN is accorded with the distribution coefficients of octagonal-water for the benzene halides.
