Abstract: ZnTSPP/TiO2, GaTSPc/TiO2 and co-adsorbed ZnTSPP, GaTSPc/TiO2, electrodes have been prepared- The spectroscopic and photovoltaic properties of these electrodes have been studied. The results indicate that the electrode co-adsorbed with porphyrin and phthalocyanlne can not only expend the spectra of photo-current action, but also enhance the efficiency of the incidentanphot0n-current-convers (IPCE), especially enhance the efficiency of IPCEof GaTSPc.This is because the aggregates of GaTSPc have no the sensitization effect, and the aggregates of GaTSPc decrease by co-adsorption of porphyrin and phthalocyanine, so the sensitization effect ability of phthalocyanine is increased signification.
