A New Method for Rapid Determination of Adsorption Heatby Temperature Programmed Desorption Frontal Chromatography

Abstract: Anew method for the rapid determination of adsorption heat was established.This method was based on the Polanyi′s potential theory together with the determination oftemperature programmed desorption curve. The principle of the method was discussed in detail. By means of microcomputer sampling and data processing,the duration of runs for measuring the curves of the differential heat versus coverage was about 1 h.
