Abstract: Amitriptyline is an electroinactive cationic drugThis paper describes the method for the determination of trace amitriptyline with .Nafion-modified glassy crabon electrode, and discusses its reaction mechanismThe peak current of dopamine is decreased when amitriptyline is added to an electrolyte solution containing electroactive dopamineThere is a good linear relationship between the extent of the decrease in the peak current and the logarithmic concentration of amitriptyline in the range of 2.5×10-7~4.0×10-6 mol/LThe detection limit of the method is 1×10-7mol/LThe recovery is 95.3~106.0%, and the C.Vis 3.6%(n= 10).
