Abstract: In this paper the effects of electrode potential and current on the transient behavior of n-InPin Fe3+/Fe2+ using pulsed light technique are studied. The rules of the values at the peak response are in accordance with the stable state. The influence of the electrode potential and the current on the time-constant can be explained by back-diffusion mechanism. The light intensity does not influence the time-constant. An overrush phenomenon is observed when the electrode potential is near the flatband potential. The output electric quantities are determined and the results are explained.
