Abstract: A series of castor oil-urethane acrylate prepolymer was synthesized by reacting castor oil with toluene diisocyanate hydroxyethyl methacrylate adducts in different ratio.The oligomers were cured by ultraviolet radiation in the presence of different reactive diluents and photoinitiators, All of the cured samples were transparent with fairly good mechanical strength.
