Abstract: The doped iron oxide p/n junction powder photocatalysts were prepared, and investigated by photovoltaic and photoacoustic spectrum. Their photocatalytic activities were examined for the synthesis of NH₃ from N₂ and H₂Ounder visible light. The relationship between photocatalytic activity and photovoltaic effect was discovered.
