Studies on the Complexes of Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) Ions with 'O4N2' Macrocyclic ligand(Ⅲ)—Syntheses and Properties of the Complexes of Co(Ⅱ) with 'O4N2' Macrocyclic Ligand

Abstract: The complexes of CoCl2·6H2O, Co(NCS)2·2-3H2O, Co(NO3)2·6H2O Co(ClO4)·4-5H2Owith 'O4N2' macrocyclic ligand have been prepared in solid state and characterized by elemental analyses, IR. DTA-TG, electrical conductance, visible and near infrared solid reflectance spectrum as well as magnetic moments. The absorption bands of d-d electron transitions were assigned, and values of Dq and Bwere calculated.
