Abstract: The interference effects of sodium, calcium, magnesium and aluminium on the determination of copper were examined. The results show that the presence of 5000ppm Na+,500ppm Ca2+,100 ppm Mg2+,in the analyte solution has no influence on the determination, the interference of aluminium on the copper is serious. The copper in corrosive and sodium chloride was determined directly. The results are satisfactory.
