乙酰基二茂铁呋喃甲酰腙与β-环糊精包结物的结构与特性

Structure and Characterizations of the Inclusion Complex of Acylferrocene-2-furoylhydrazone with β-Cyclodextrin

摘要: 用饱和溶液法制备了二茂铁酰腙类化合物乙酰基二茂铁呋喃甲酰腙(AFH)与β-环糊精的包结物.元素分析及溶解常数测定结果证明两者形成了1:1包结物.从溶解度曲线计算得出包合常数为227.3L·mol-1.通过UV,FTIR,X射线粉末衍射研究了包结特性,并用NMR技术推断了包结物的结构.

Abstract: Inclusion complex of acylferrocene-2-furoylhydrazone(AFH) with β-Cyclodextrin( β-CD) has been prepared by using kneading method. Elemental analysis and the solubility determination proved that1:1 inclusion complex is formed. Characterizations of the inclusion complex were studied by UV, FTIRand X-ray diffractometry. The association constant to be 227.3 L·mol-1 was calculated from the straight portion of the phase solubility diagram. The structure of the inclusion complex was investigated by NMRspectroscopy.
