摘要: 用玻碳电极为基体制成了TOPO修饰电极,研究了Au(Ⅲ)在该电极上的阴极溶出伏安特性,并用于痕量Au(Ⅲ)的测定。在1~20ng/mL的范围内Au(Ⅲ)的浓度与峰高呈线性关系。同时,对电极反应的机理进行了讨论。

Abstract: Apreconcentration determination method for gold(Ⅲ) in 1mol/L HCl solution with Trioctylphosphine oxide(TOPO) modified glassy carbon electrode is proposed. There is a good linear relationship between the concentration of gold(Ⅲ) and the peak height in the range of 1~20 ng/mL for glod(Ⅲ). The mechanism for electrode reaction and the condition for determining gold(Ⅲ) are discussed.
