Resolution of Noisy HPLC-DAD Data by Two-dimensional Wavelet Transform and Subwindow Factor Analysis

摘要: 将二维小波变换与子窗口因子分析法相结合,用于模拟的高噪声HPLC-DAD数据的解析.首先应用二维小波变换滤除噪声,然后采用子窗口因子分析法解析重叠峰.结果表明,信噪比为10的高噪声基本被滤除掉.

Abstract: Integrated two-dimensional(2D) wavelet transform and subwindow factor analysis was used for the resolution of simulated HPLC-DAD data containing high level noise. At first, the 2D wavelet transform was performed for filtering the noise. Then, the subwindow factor analysis method was carried out for the resolution of the overlapping peaks. The results show that the noise can be filtered when S/N ratio is equal to 10.
