摘要:

生命过程均涉及到生物分子间的相互作用.开展生物分子间相互识别的动力学研究,获知其相互作用过程的动态信息,将有助于了解其作用机理,并在分子水平上认识生物分子结构与功能之间的关系.

Abstract:

The interaction between heparin and antithrombin Ⅱ was studied by means of the homemade QCM-FIA and the related calculation software.The heparin molecules were covalently immobilized onto the surface of gold electrode,on which a layer of poly(glycidyl methacrylate) thin membrane was constructed in advance,via the interaction of epoxy groups with amino groups of heparin molecules.The experimental results obtained accord with the data obtained from the related affinity chromatography experiment.
