Structrue of Liljestrandisine——a New C19-Diterpenoid Alkaloid from Aconitum liljestrandii

Abstract: Silica gel chromatography was adopted during the further study on the roots of Aconitum liljestrandii Hand Mazz and led to isolating a new C19 dierpenoid alkaloid liljestrandisine(1). Its structure was established on the basis of spectral methods 2D NMR( 1H 1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC). Liljestrandisine was the second naturally occurring aconitine type diterpenoid alkaloid with an 16 α OH.
