山芝麻中的新三萜化合物

New Triterpenoids from Helicteres Angustifolia

Abstract: From the roots of Helicteres angustifolia, collected froMAnhui province, two triterpenoids of oleanolic acid type were obtained and were identified as new compounds, methyl 3β-hydroxyolean-12-en-27-benzoyloxy-28-oate(1) and 3β-O-(p-hydroxy-(E)-cinnamoyl)-12 oleanen-28-oic acid(2).The variety of spectroscopic methods such aSIR, HRMS, EIMS, H-H COSY, H-C COSY NMR have been applied in the structural elucidation of these two compounds.
