摘要:

The problem of environmental protection is most urgent today. To solve it first of all it's necessary to make analytical control of pollution of environmental objects. Methods of determination used for this purpose must be highly sensitive in order to detect low concentrations of substances having toxicological activity. The direct spectrophotometric method is characterized by high sensivity and presision, which depend on the solvents nature. Using various solvents one can analyze different objects with different concentration of the compound being determined. Besides, with the varying solvents it's possible to determine components from mixture, since position and intensivity of absorption spectra depend on the solvents nature.
