摘要:

Immunoreagents, ether antibodies or antigens, can be immobilized onto solid phase in one of three different ways:adsorption to predominantly hydrophobic surfaces, covalent attachment to activated surface groups, and specific binding between a molecule immobilized by either of the above two methods, which in turn is coupled to a ligand.
