摘要:

A novel circulatory system for on-line monitoring the dissolution of solid drug preparations that made use of a fiber-optic chemical sensor was presented. The system was comprised of a composite fluorimeter, a fiber-optic chemical sensor, an analogue-digital converter, a personal computer, a peristaltic pump and a dissolution apparatus.

Abstract:
