摘要:

Calmodulin (CaM), a ubiquitous calcium-receptor in eukaryotic cell, is thought to be an important constituent of cellular signal transduction pathways. Bovine brain CaM was first discovered and there are many reports on its biochemical properties and structure probe with fluorescence.
