摘要:

Adriamycin (ADM) is an anthracycline antibiotic with highly antineoplastic activity which has been in wide clinical use for treatment of various types of cancers. A variety of biochemical evidence suggests that adriamycin function primarily at the DNA level by blocking the processes of replication and transcription. A number of papers have reported that metal ion affects the drug's activity.
