摘要：

Porphyrins are cyclic tetrapyrroles derived from porphine by substitution of the peripheral positions with various side chains. The determination of total contents as well as individual component concentrations of porphyrins in biological materials are important for the diagnosis of porphyrias, diseases due to enzyme deficiencies in the haem biosynthetic pathway.
