摘要:
In the inspection of diary products, it is frequently required to distinguish between whey powder and milk powder,but there is no standard test method for this work now. According to Nation Standards,the concentration of fat could be used as a criterion for distinguishing between whey powder and milk powder. Meanwhile, the method of fat analysis is sophistic and not suitable to be used as a quick analysis. In order to overcome this problem, a rapid test method in following have be developed.
