摘要:

Lomefloxacin (LMFX) is one of the synthetic antibacterial fluoroquinolone agents of the third generation, which exhibits high activity against a broad spectrum of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. It has a good effect in clinical treatment. In consequence, it is of great importance to determine its contents in various biological fluids (blood,urine and tissues).
