摘要：

We report the use of the Kalman filter to analyze the derivative Uv-spectra of environmental water samples and simultaneously determine nitrites and nitrates. The interference such as turbidity, sulfate, chloride, need not to be separated from the environmental water sample; they don't interfere the determination.
