摘要: 用共沉淀法和负载法制备了一系列SO42-/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂,详细研究了添加SiO2对SO42-/ZrO2超强酸样品的晶化、比表面、硫含量、超强酸性和异丙苯裂解及异丙醇脱水反应的影响.引入SiO2会延迟ZrO2的晶化和晶相转变,减弱SO42-/ZrO2体系的超强酸性,但对提高样品的异丙苯裂解和异丙醇脱水反应活性有利.

Abstract: Aseries of SO42-/ZrO2SiO2catalysts with different SiO2amount were prepared by coprecipitation and coating methods. The effect of adding SiO2into ZrO2on the crystallization, surface area, sulfur content, superacidity of SO42-/ZrO2and cumene cracking and iso-propanol dehydration was studied in detail. Adding SiO2into ZrO2retarded the crystallization and phase transformation of ZrO2, and decreased solid superacidity of SO42-/ZrO2, but enhanced the catalytic activities of SO42-/ZrO2for cumene cracking and isopropanol dehydration.
