摘要: Dynamic-kinetic resolution is different from kinetic resolution1. In ideal case,dynamic-kinetic resolution can convert racemic substrate to product with 100% yield and >99% e.e. whereas kinetic resolution can only converted racemic substrate to enantiomeric pure product with 50% yield.
