摘要: 用比较分子场分析方法,分析了三唑并嘧啶类化合物对乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制活性的构效关系,推测其与ALs的空间结合模式.

Abstract: Triazolopyrimidine herbicides are a new kind of high efficiency ones with acetolactate synthase(ALS) as target. Comparative molecular field analysis(CoMFA) was applied to study the action mode of triazolopyrimidine herbcides on ALS. The QSARresults give the rational reasons to infer a possible binding mode between the inhibitors and ALS, and help to design new inhibitors
