1-苯甲酰基-1-甲硫基甲醇与硫脲和芳胺的反应研究

Studies on the Reaction of 1-Benzoyl-1-methylthiomethanol with Thioureas and Arylamines

摘要: 1-苯甲酰基-1-甲硫基甲醇(2)与硫脲(3a)和芳基取代硫脲(3b-3i)在弱酸性条件下回流反应1h,得到5-苯基咪唑啉-2-硫酮-4-酮(4a)和1-芳基-5-苯基咪唑啉-2-硫酮-4-酮(4b-4i),产率72%~89%.而化合物2与芳胺(5a-5f)在弱碱性条件下回流反应3h,则得到2-芳胺基-2-甲硫基苯乙酮(6a-6f),产率为64%~88%.

Abstract: 1-Benzoyl-1-methylthiomethanol(2) can react with thiourea(3a) and arylthioureas( 3b_3i ) in the slightly acidic medium to afford 5-phenylimidazolidine-2-thione-4-one(4a) and 1-aryl-5-phenylimidazolidine-2-thione-4-ones(4b_4i). On the other hand, when compound 2 was refluxed with arylamines in the slightly alkaline medium, 2-arylamino-2-methylthioacetophenones(6a_6f) can be obtained. Their structures are confirmed by X-ray, IR, 1H NMR, MSand elemental analysis.
